New Patients:
If it has been 3 years or more since your last visit, please classify yourself as a New Patient.

Surgical Procedures:
All surgical procedures must be scheduled by calling our office.

Medical Appointments:
Medical appointments refer to general dermatological conditions like acne, eczema, warts and rashes.
Also : skin checks for moles, pre-cancers and skin cancer.

Cosmetic Treatments:
Botox, Jeuveau, Fillers and Laser Hair removal. (Call us for scheduling other cosmetic treatments)

Cosmetic Consultations (not treatments):
Personalized evaluation and treatment of concerns, not covered by insurances, such as wrinkles, dark spots, volume loss, skin laxity, acne scars, spider veins, broken capillaries, micro-needling, laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, photo facials and other treatments.

Esthetician Appointments:
Services including facials, extractions, peels and hydrafacials.

Scheduling for Minors:
If scheduling a new patient appointment for a minor, the patient or guardian needs to accompany them to their appointment.

If the preferred date and/or time or the reason for your visit is not listed under your preferred provider, please call us to schedule.

For cosmetic treatments, a team member will be reaching out to you to obtain or confirm your credit card information.
